On behalf of the dedicated sisters of the Chesterfield Metro Area Section (CMAS) of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW), thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I am truly honored to serve as the second President of our section and to help lead our efforts to serve, empower, and strengthen our community.

I am a retired Associate Principal with Chesterfield County Public Schools, where I dedicated more than 20 years to educational leadership, human resources, staff development, and community service. Throughout my career and my continued service, I have remained passionate about helping others and creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

I strongly believe in the power of women working together to create meaningful and lasting change. As President of CMAS, I am committed to strengthening our section, developing and supporting our members, and expanding the impact of our service throughout the Chesterfield metropolitan area.

My approach to leadership is rooted in effective communication, collaboration, accountability, and a genuine commitment to service. I look forward to all that we will accomplish together as we continue the important work and legacy of the National Council of Negro Women.
